Job Description
We’re looking for a Finance Team Lead to join our core team at Paradyes, Ahmedabad Office. This is a high-ownership role that goes beyond just numbers, it’s about building financial clarity, driving strategy, and enabling scale.
You’ll lead day-to-day accounting and finance ops while working closely with the founder to shape the company’s financial roadmap. What you’ll own:
• Oversee all financial operations - accounting, reconciliations, documentation, and reporting.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements: P&L, cash flow, working capital reports.
• Lead and guide a finance team of 3–5 members, ensuring data accuracy and clean books.
• Build and manage financial forecasts, budgets, and variance analysis.
• Drive gap analysis to identify inefficiencies or blind spots in financial processes.
• Work directly with the founder on dashboards, cash flow planning, and investment insights.
• Ensure statutory and internal compliance is always audit-ready.
What we’re looking for:
• 2 to 4 years of experience in finance and accounting.
• Hands-on with Tally, Zoho Books, and advanced Excel/Google Sheets.
• Comfortable managing or collaborating with a small team.
• Clear understanding of financial reporting, cost control, and reconciliations.
• Someone who’s structured, analytical, and execution-focused.
• Experience in a D2C, consumer goods, or retail environment is a big plus.
• Strong communicator, with the ability to coordinate across functions and influence decisions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
