About the Role
This entry-level Finance Trainee position provides hands-on experience across the Finance Business Unit, supporting both Financial Accounting and Procurement teams. You will assist with processing invoices, general accounting tasks, procurement activities, supplier administration, and routine filing and administrative duties. The role offers structured training and development, including completion of a nationally recognised Certificate III in Accounts Administration, while contributing to timely and accurate finance operations.
About you
You are a motivated and enthusiastic individual with a genuine interest in finance and accounting. Having completed Year 12, you bring strong numeracy, communication, and customer service skills, along with confidence using Windows-based computer applications. You work well in a team, are keen to learn, and can adapt quickly within a service-oriented environment. Experience in accounts payable or a procurement setting is beneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided.

Salary and Benefits: Starting from Level One ($67,533.54) City of Cockburn Industrial Agreement 2026 based on qualifications and experience.
