Finance Transformation - Manager - £65,000 - £79,000 + bonus - London (Hybrid)Robert Half are working with a global consulting client that are looking to hire at Manager level within their Finance Transformation offering.This is great opportunity for candidates with previous consulting experience within Finance Transformation and/or External Audit Required experience 5+ years experience in a consulting Finance Change or Transformation environment and we will also consider those with external/internal audit or financial accounting.Desirable to possess a Professional certification such as ICAEW or equivalent but not essential.Prior management and direct supervisory experience in a team environment.Self-starter and can operate independently as needed.A high threshold for ambiguity and lack of structure and process during early phases of engagements.Creative and logical problem-solving abilities.Excellent leadership, interpersonal and team building skills. Key responsibilities Demonstrate strong technical knowledge of key finance processes and associated risks including order to cash, procure to pay and record to report.Manage the delivery and execution of client engagements.Manage internal and client staff for the successful delivery of client engagements.Lead workshops with client stakeholders to obtain an understanding of key finance processes, risks, gaps and inefficiencies across people, process, technology, data and internal controls.Ensure accurate documentation of the current state of the client's key finance processes via process flow diagrams.
