Designation : Accounts Executive/ Senior Executive - Accounts
Major tasks -
a) Posting of entries on Tally with relevant supporting documents and approvals
b) Reconciling all the accounts at least once in a month and get it confirmed with Debtors / Creditors
c) Make online / offline payments with approvals after ensuring the Statutory deductions like TDS, ESI, PF, etc.,
d) Preparation of schedules for audit
e) Payment of TDS, GST, ESI, PF, Profession Tax, etc.,
f) Preparation of monthly / quarterly & annual returns of TDS and GST, uploading on the respective sites before the due dates
Qualification -
a) B.Com., / BBA
b) 2-4 Years of post qualification experience
c) Expert knowledge on Tally ERP+
d) Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications - Excel, Word and power point
e) Effectiveness in written and verbal communication
Highly organized and detail oriented
