Job Description: Summary - As an Accountant, you will be responsible for managing the financial records of the organization. Your primary duties will include bookkeeping, preparing invoices, tracking accounts payable and accounts receivable, preparing monthly financial statements, and ensuring timely and accurate GST filings. Key Responsibilities: · Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records of the organization. · Prepare and file GST returns and TDS in a timely and accurate manner. · Monitor and track accounts payable and accounts receivable · Prepare monthly statements of trial balance, cash flow and P&L statements. · Analyze financial information to identify discrepancies and variances, and work to resolve them. · Provide financial reports, guidance and support to management to aid in decision-making. · Collaborate with external auditors during the audit process. · Sales Recon vs remittances received from all sales channels · Opening and Closing Stock Recon, Inventory Consumption to be recorded in the books of accounts · E-Way bills to be raised for inter-branch goods movement · Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and standards. Requirements: · Bachelor's degree in Accounting and / or CA Intermediate · Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping. · Knowledge of GST regulations and experience with GST filings. · Strong proficiency in accounting software - Tally and Zoho Books + in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). · Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. · Strong attention to detail and accuracy. · Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
