We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Chartered Accountant (CA) or Inter CA to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of IND AS for financial closing, coupled with hands-on experience in GST and other taxation matters. This role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to financial reporting, compliance, and strategic decision-making processes.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
• Financial Closing & Reporting:
• Prepare and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with IND AS.
• Conduct balance sheet reconciliations and variance analysis to ensure accuracy.
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Taxation Compliance & Advisory:
• Manage GST compliance, including filing of returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-+, GSTR-+C).
• Oversee TDS/TCS calculations, filings, and reconciliation.
• Handle income tax assessments and appeals, ensuring timely submissions.
• Advise on indirect tax matters, including GST audits and assessments.
• Audit & Internal Controls:
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors during audits.
• Implement and monitor internal controls to ensure compliance with financial policies and regulations.
• Process Improvement:
• Identify areas for process optimization within the finance function.
• Recommend and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
✅ Desired Qualifications & Skills
• Educational Qualification:
• Chartered Accountant (CA) or Intermediate CA with relevant experience.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP, Oracle).
• Strong command of Microsoft Excel for financial analysis.
• Knowledge & Expertise:
• In-depth understanding of IND AS and its application in financial reporting.
• Comprehensive knowledge of GST, income tax, TDS, and other taxation laws.
• Familiarity with audit processes and compliance requirements.
• Soft Skills:
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
💼 Preferred Experience
• 4–5 years of post-qualification experience in finance and taxation roles.
• Experience in handling financial closing processes and taxation matters in a corporate environment.
