We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Chartered Accountant (CA) or Inter CA to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of IND AS for financial closing, coupled with hands-on experience in GST and other taxation matters. πŸ› οΈ Key Responsibilities

β€’ Financial Closing & Reporting:

β€’ Prepare and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with IND AS.

β€’ Conduct balance sheet reconciliations and variance analysis to ensure accuracy.

β€’ Assist in the preparation of financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.

β€’ Taxation Compliance & Advisory:

β€’ Manage GST compliance, including filing of returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-+, GSTR-+C).

β€’ Oversee TDS/TCS calculations, filings, and reconciliation.

β€’ Handle income tax assessments and appeals, ensuring timely submissions.

β€’ Advise on indirect tax matters, including GST audits and assessments.

β€’ Audit & Internal Controls:

β€’ Coordinate with internal and external auditors during audits.

β€’ Implement and monitor internal controls to ensure compliance with financial policies and regulations.

β€’ Process Improvement:

β€’ Identify areas for process optimization within the finance function.

β€’ Recommend and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

βœ… Desired Qualifications & Skills

β€’ Educational Qualification:

β€’ Chartered Accountant (CA) or Intermediate CA with relevant experience.

β€’ Technical Skills:

β€’ Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP, Oracle).

β€’ Strong command of Microsoft Excel for financial analysis.

β€’ Knowledge & Expertise:

β€’ In-depth understanding of IND AS and its application in financial reporting.

β€’ Comprehensive knowledge of GST, income tax, TDS, and other taxation laws.

β€’ Familiarity with audit processes and compliance requirements.

β€’ Soft Skills:

β€’ Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

β€’ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

β€’ Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

β€’ 4–5 years of post-qualification experience in finance and taxation roles.

β€’ Experience in handling financial closing processes and taxation matters in a corporate environment.
