Roles and Responsibilities
Work with treasury management to maintain and rationalize the company's choice of key global banks including the analysis of bank fee structures, services, relationships, credit levels and counterparty credit quality/exposure.
Ensure company credit ratings are renewed timely along with other statutory reporting.
Ensuring timely submission of all Monthly/Quarterly /Annually Stock statements, UFCE, Due Diligence Reports, Debt profiles, financial covenants to the bank
Prepare month/quarter/year end reporting for books closure.
Tracking and timely renewal of WCDL and FD with bank
Monthly Interest calculation for loans and FDs
Ensuring Annual credit line renewals with all bank
Ensuring timely BG issuance/BG acceptance process for any customer related/vendor related or statutory bodies.
Ensure Opening of new bank accounts any subsidiary within the timelines
Ensure updating of signatories in the bank account as and when updated by management.
Provide information in connection with the external and internal audits pertaining to loans and bank balances.
Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports on the cash position for the company/Subsidiaries
Assist with short- and long-term intercompany settlements and transactions.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelors degree in finance & accounting
MBA preferred.
Candidate who pursued CA but have not continued and is not qualified.
EXPERIENCE
Minimum 5-6 years’ relevant experience.
SKILLS / ABILITIES
Ability to multi-task in fast-paced environment
Strong analytical skills
Effective planning and priority setting abilities.
Must be well-organized and detail oriented.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Good communication skills, written and verbal.
Ability to quickly understand complex transactions.
Knowledge of the banking industry and technical knowledge of bank products and FX
Ability to apply finance and treasury principles.
Strong Excel skills
