What do we expect from you?

In this role, you are expected to build and develop your client base by initiating, developing, and fostering a relationship with successful individuals, families, and business owners to manage their family wealth. You will participate in building retirement and wealth plans, advise on tax planning strategies, in addition to portfolio analysis and construction.

How can we help you succeed?

As a new Financial Advisor, we will train you to:

Complete your licensing requirements.
Execute business development strategies to acquire new clients.
Analyze clients’ financial needs, goals, sensitivity to risk, and investment horizon.
Assess clients’ financial strengths, weaknesses, and critical success factors.
Conduct research on stocks, funds, and ETFs.
Analyze and build portfolios.
Create, implement, and continually review clients’ plans, including strategies designed to help them pursue their long-term goals.
Act as a steward of the clients’ assets and achieve client satisfaction and loyalty through excellent wealth management services.
Coordinate the efforts of accountants, notaries, tax lawyers, and other financial professionals in applying advanced financial planning strategies.
Generate sales or revenue, ensure a high level of client service and be a part of coordination and execution of business development.

What do you need to qualify for this job?
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent business experience
Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent interpersonal skills and a high level of integrity
Business development aptitude and entrepreneurial mindset
Ability to take the initiative and work independently
The chosen candidate needs to pass several interviews. In addition, if selected for the position, they will be required to complete the Canadian Securities Course and the Conducts and Practice Handbook Course.
