1.Finance partner to business heads and giving them full support while developing products, annual budget/ long term strategy.
2.Support to the senior leadership team in the execution/ monitoring of business strategy, business plan, and budget.
3.Various data analysis on regular basis like P&L / Balance sheet analysis, productivity, profitability, variable pay, automation etc.
4.Various cost benefit analysis, yield and margin analysis, profitability at vertical & product level.
5.Track competition; gather and analyse market intelligence.
Education
CA or MBA Finance from reputed institute.
Experience
• Preference to be given to people with experience; exposure to Banking/ strategy/ financial planning & analysis (FP&A)
