Citi's U.S. Personal Banking Risk Management team is growing, and we're looking for a talented individual to help build and support our growth. US Personal Banking Risk business office team responsibilities include establishing and managing robust and consistent governance framework and process with all key stakeholders covering topics such as Budget, Expenses, and provide strategic support for management control and review of business. Core Responsibilities: Provide support to manager to maintain the budget and expense monitoring framework Provide support to maintain risk, control and governance framework Provide management and General administration support to the Risk COO To deliver on process improvement and re-engineering activities related to consent order and overall BU. Day-to-Day Responsibilities: Gathering headcount reports from recruiters and putting together weekly/monthly management reports Gathering and compiling metrics and trends for recruitment like attrition, consent roles tracking and reporting Ensure USPB Risk colleagues are mapped to correct GOC for timely and accurate billing to respective RMLT budget lines. Coordinating with India billing team for efficient preparation and tracking of GOCs as per business need Provide support in tracking the budget and actuals to monitor variances under the FP&A function. Work with Finance stakeholders for Outlook updates in financial systems Working with third parties, Finance and Accounting teams to gather and prepare monthly accrual details per the financial cycle. Researching and tracking down invoice discrepancies or delinquencies. Support in preparing and publishing financial outlook per organizational goals i.e., gather Outlook changes/inputs from RMLT and build golden source data for USPB Risk level summary and various reporting metrics Maintaining confidentiality of all pertinent information. Key Deliverables: Monthly processing of invoices related to USPB Risk investments Producing the monthly accruals Preparing Outlook reports per financial cycles Solid expense tracking and forecasting process for USPB Risk business Ad-hoc reporting as required to evaluate and benchmark the business Special analysis as needed for use by managers.
