Job Description
We’re on the lookout for freshers (0-2 yrs experience) to work on the preparation of Financial models, Valuations, Investment Decks, Information Memorandums & Business Plans for startups and established businesses.
What to expect from the role
• Hands-on experience with implementation of collaterals for fundraise and M&A.
• Hands-on experience with understanding different industries and businesses.
• Learning the ecosystem covering both startups and M&A.
• Learning how to organize and multitask multiple deadlines and projects.
Responsibilities:
• Conducting company, industry and competitor analysis and providing critical information to prepare collaterals and conduct company feasibility.
• Build detailed financial models including LBO & merger models, discounted cash flow, relative valuation, WACC, and beta calculation, performing sensitivity analysis, and other ad hoc analysis.
• Work on the preparation of investment decks, information memorandums & business plans
• Work on the identification of comparable companies, comparable transactions, and calculation of transaction multiples Research on current trends in the M&A, funding, VC & startup sector.
• Generate content from the data collected and make it presentable for online publishing & internal reports (execute necessary client & industry-specific research work
