Job Description
Responsibilities:
• P& L views - Generate P& L views, actionable insights & strategies to improve profitability of the business
• Deep Dives - Conduct driver analysis of revenue and cost items
• Analytical Products - Create analytical products to generate richer & quicker P& L insights
• Budgets - Create bottom-up budgets/operating plans based on underlying on business drivers
• Variance Analysis - Tracking and ascertaining reasons of variance from plan
• Scenario Analysis - Create, manage & leverage analytical framework to identify optimal portfolio mix across different portfolio scenarios
• Stakeholder Management - Liase with business heads & product managers and enable them in meeting their P& L goals
• Competitor Intelligence - Glean out insights on competitors based on industry data (publicly available & subscription based)
Requirements:
• BE/B. Tech
• 3 - 5 years of experience in the analytics, preferably in banking/payments space
• Strong data handling, interpretive and problem solving skills with the ability to process large volume of transaction level data and efficiently derive actionable results.
• Has previous Hands-on coding experience (SAS/SQL)
• Good project management skills while working with both internal and external partners
