Financial Center Teller
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Services Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service, handle cash transactions with accuracy, and maintain a safe and secure environment for customers and bank assets.
Responsibilities:
• Provide account services to customers by receiving deposits, verifying cash and endorsements, cashing checks, accepting savings deposits and withdrawals, and ensuring all transactions are processed accurately and efficiently.
• Balance the cash drawer daily in accordance with established policies and procedures, maintaining a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
• Assist with balancing vault and ATM operations, ensuring all financial transactions are properly recorded and reconciled.
• Adhere to operational controls, including legal, corporate, and regulatory procedures, to ensure the safety and security of customer and bank assets.
• Promote and cross-sell bank products and services to customers, addressing their inquiries and providing expert advice on banking options.
Qualifications:
• A high school diploma or equivalent education certificate (GED) is required.
• The successful candidate will have at least six months of experience in a sales and service environment involving cash handling and face-to-face customer service interaction.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, communication, and customer relation skills are essential for success in this role.

Job Details:
This is a regular position, with Colorado law requiring that we anticipate an hourly pay range of $17.+8 - $25.+6. Actual offers will be determined based on applicant's skills, experience, and education.
