Responsibilities
• Develop and manage the company's content strategy, ensuring that all content is consistent with the brand's tone and style
• Create content that is optimized for various channels, including social media, YouTube videos and shorts, email newsletters, and Instagram posts, carousels and reels.
• Collaborate with other members of the marketing team, including writers, designers, and social media managers, to create content that is engaging, informative, and relevant to the target audience
• Develop and maintain a content calendar that aligns with business objectives and meets the needs of the target audience
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth
• Use analytics to measure the effectiveness of content and make recommendations for improvements
• Ensure that all content is compliant with relevant regulations and guidelines
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and provide guidance to other team members on content development and distribution
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in finance, journalism, marketing, or a related field
• At least 2 years of experience in content development or a related field, with a focus on financial services
• In-depth knowledge of financial products and services, including banking, stock market trading, investing, and insurance
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and best practices for content distribution
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to inform content decisions
• Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex financial concepts in a clear and concise manner
• A portfolio of published work is highly desirable
