Job description
**Job Title: Academic Content writer**
• *Experience**: 4 - 5 years of experience in writing content
• *The Job Profile**:
We are seeking a motivated senior content writer to oversee our content publishing needs in our organization. He/she will work with a team of writers and designers to develop and curate compelling and engaging content. The primary duties will include developing content strategy, content writing, proofreading and editing and analyzing readership data.
• *Responsibilities**:
• *Writing**
Write effective instructional and academic content, audio scripts/video scripts
Write high-engagement social media content that reflects our brand’s voice
Produce error-free content that adheres to the company’s style guidelines
Conduct the required research for content
Structure content and activities for optimizing learning
Supervise a team of writers and coordinate with freelance contributors
Work with the graphic design team to ensure a user-friendly experience
Maintain project documentation and course folders
• *Editing**
Ensure the accuracy and quality of all content from the content automation team
Proofread and edit spelling, grammar and syntax
Set up an editorial process for documents (across projects)
Train the other writers on following the editorial process set for the specific projects
• *Requirements**:
A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
Demonstrated ability to write clear, concise and engaging content
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Curiosity regarding online games, early childhood curriculum and willingness to learn about them
• *Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
• *Salary**: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
• *Benefits**:

- Provident Fund
Supplemental pay types:
- Performance bonus
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
• *Experience**:
- Content writing: 3 years (required)
