We are hiring a Financial Controller for our Facilities Management (Maintenance) division, an integral part of Business Operations at Ashiana Housing Ltd & details are as below
: Job Role: - Financial Controller
Designation: - Manager
Location: Jaipur
How can you make an impact?
The core purpose is to ensure financial operations including robust financial and accounting/ internal controls and financial reporting which represents true and fair view of the state of affairs of the company.
Analyze trends, variances, and operational issues, delivering financial reports and actionable recommendations to management.
Adhere to Indian GAAP (Ind AS), company policies, and regulations, while coordinating statutory/Tax/Internal audits.
Review and analyze commercial arrangements from compliance, accounting and legal perspective Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior management, external auditors, and regulatory bodies, to ensure alignment and implementation on financial strategies and compliance requirements.
Shall be responsible for hiring, coaching & building a team and lead people with purpose.
What are we looking for?
CA/Inter CA/ /master’s degree in Accounts with 7-10 yrs of relevant work experience.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
Analytical mindset with a focus on problem-solving and risk mitigation.
Measure success by achieving both customer delight and consistently achieving numbers. Constantly seek to learn and find ways to keep yourself updated, Believe in excellence and taking action quickly,
