Job Description
The Controller cum Financial Analysts roles require a strong analytical mindset, business acumen, financial control & risk management. Should have fluency in financial modeling and ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights. This role plays a key part in supporting business decisions, forecasting financial outcomes, and enhancing overall financial performance.
Control gap Identification, designing & implementing policies/processes for proper accounting & financial controls
Ensuring Compliance to US Statutory Requirements like Federal & State Tax etc.
Manage Finalization of Accounts, Consolidations & Audit Support
Monthly business performance review, Provide actionable insights and interpretations to support client’s management/CFO
FP&A Support (Budgets, Projections, Cash Planning, Trend Analysis, Financial Modeling etc.)
Review of Branch, Segment & company level profitability. Suggesting & implementing corrective measures.
Designing Management Information System (MIS) and providing timely information for decision making
Managing credit and collections
Commercial and pricing support
Financial system improvements, enhancements & changes
Co-ordinate with client’s finance staff and internal support team to deliver to client expectations
