Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Financial Controller / Finance Manager based on-site in Ernakulam. The Financial Controller / Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing financial reporting, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. The role includes managing budgets, conducting financial analysis, and providing strategic financial guidance to enhance organizational performance. The candidate will also be involved in coordinating audits, managing financial records, and implementing financial policies and procedures.
Qualifications
Expertise in preparing Financial Statements and Financial Reporting
Strong Analytical Skills and a solid understanding of Finance
Proficiency in Accounting principles and practices
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
Experience in the hospitality industry is a must.
Bachelor's degree or Masters Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field is a must.,
