Location: Remote (India)
Role & Responsibilities
Own full-cycle recruiting for assigned roles across functions—sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.
Use proactive sourcing (LinkedIn Recruiter, boolean search, talent pools) to engage passive and active talent for volume and niche hires.
Manage job postings, candidate flow and interview scheduling through the ATS; ensure accurate status updates and documentation.
Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, create compelling job briefs, and drive structured interview processes that reduce bias.
Negotiate offers, coordinate onboarding handoffs, and ensure a seamless candidate experience from first contact to joiner stage.
Track recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, pipeline conversion, source effectiveness) and deliver weekly/monthly hiring reports and insights.
