Job Description
As a member of Great Southern Bank’s Financial Crime Operations team, you will join a collaborative, high-performing group dedicated to supporting our customers during fraud and scam events. This role focuses on minimising losses to both our customers and the business through the timely, thorough review of alerts and detailed investigations.
You’ll make an impact by:
Conduct thorough and detailed financial crime investigations in line with established processes and requirements
Effectively manage a portfolio of financial crime cases from initial review through to resolution
Investigate, manage, and assess transaction and system-generated alerts for potential fraud and scam activity
Liaise with customers, internal stakeholders, and third parties with a strong focus on delivering exceptional service and support
Do things differently with us
To succeed in this role, you will have:
1+ years’ experience in the financial services industry, or a similar role (desired)
Demonstrable experience and/or exposure to case investigation techniques including evidence management and presentation (desired)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
