The selected candidate will play a pivotal role across two verticals:
• Client-Side BOT Operations – Leading finance functions for global clients establishing offshore operations.
• Internal Finance & Strategic Compliance – Providing senior-level leadership across internal finance, compliance, and group-level strategy.
This role requires a highly motivated individual with strong client-facing capabilities, financial acumen, and the ability to work across multiple stakeholders, including consultants, legal advisors, and government bodies.
Key Responsibilities
A. BOT Model – Client-Side Finance Leadership
• Lead the finance vertical for international clients establishing offshore operations under the Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT) model.
• Act as the primary client-facing finance lead, overseeing:
• Financial modeling and setup during the build phase.
• Operational financial management during the transition phase.
• Handover support, ensuring continuity and compliance in the transfer phase.
• Liaise with external consultants, advisors, and internal teams to ensure timely, efficient execution of client deliverables.
B. Internal Finance & Strategic Compliance Leadership
• Head the Finance & Accounts team, overseeing:
• Budgeting, MIS, financial reporting, and variance analysis.
• Cash flow planning and cost optimization across business units.
• Ensure full statutory, tax, and regulatory compliance at the group level.
• Oversee the preparation
