Job Title - Key Relationship Manager \
Location - Mumbai, India \
Experience - 5-12 years \
Responsibilities: \
• Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with banks and financial institutions globally,
• Understand cross-border trade finance and treasury business principles,
• Establish connections with key stakeholders including custodians, foreign portfolio investors, alternative investment funds, and private equity firms,
• Stay up-to-date on regulatory knowledge regarding FPI, AIF, capital account management, documentation, and compliance,
• Evaluate creditworthiness for financial institutions,
• Build strategic partnerships through ISDA, CSA, Nostro, and Vostro account agreements,
• Drive revenue growth from FI, FPI, and AIF clientele,
• Ensure comprehensive understanding of cross-border regulations and overall business compliance,
