We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Business Analyst
In this role, you will:
• This role has a global remit, the job holder is a key member for the CTO CFO & Commercial Operations Leadership team to assist the CTO Management with reporting financial performance management across the Global CTO Technology Organization.
• Will be required to build strong and effective relationships across a complex and senior stakeholder framework which includes the CTO CFO, CTO Global COO, HOST CFO and Group Technology COO team providing Business Analytics and insight, whilst at the same time providing constructive challenge and an independent perspective.
• Will play a crucial role in understanding the HSBC Global strategy in the context with Technologies strategy, with a particular focus on increasing the efficiency and effectiveness in the delivery of transparent and commercially focused analytics.
• Will also be responsible for defining and developing a world-class financial framework to support the delivery of CTO Technology Direct costs, Indirect Costs and Recharges, Portfolio Reporting and implementing global standards of financial management and control across all geographies and leveraging centers of excellence where appropriate.
• Proven ability to prioritize competing demands.
• Excellent analysis and problem-solving skills.

• Preparing weekly Transformation Financials to support CTO global transformation program
