Volody is an AI-first legal tech company transforming contract lifecycle management through intelligent automation, analytics, and seamless workflows. We are looking for a seasoned Financial Manager to strengthen our financial operations and support strategic decision-making as we scale.

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Financial Manager with strong expertise in Indian taxation, financial planning, and compliance. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to collaborate across teams.

Key Responsibilities:

 Oversee end-to-end financial operations including accounting, reporting, and compliance

 Manage Indian taxation (GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC filings, etc.) and ensure timely filings

 Prepare and review financial statements, MIS reports, and dashboards for leadership

 Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes

 Ensure statutory compliance and coordinate with auditors, consultants, and regulatory authorities

 Monitor cash flow, working capital, and cost optimization strategies

 Support fundraising, due diligence, and investor reporting (if required)

 Implement and improve financial controls, systems, and processes

 Collaborate with cross-functional teams for financial insights and decision-making

Key Requirements:

 8–10 years of experience in finance, accounting, or related roles

 Strong knowledge of Indian tax laws, GST, TDS, and regulatory compliance

 Experience working in SaaS / technology / startup environment preferred

 Professional qualification such as CA / MBA Finance preferred

 Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

 Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities

 Proficiency in financial tools, Excel, and accounting software

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹74,669.21 per month
