Volody is an AI-first legal tech company transforming contract lifecycle management through intelligent automation, analytics, and seamless workflows. We are looking for a seasoned Financial Manager to strengthen our financial operations and support strategic decision-making as we scale.
Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Financial Manager with strong expertise in Indian taxation, financial planning, and compliance. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to collaborate across teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee end-to-end financial operations including accounting, reporting, and compliance
Manage Indian taxation (GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC filings, etc.) and ensure timely filings
Prepare and review financial statements, MIS reports, and dashboards for leadership
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
Ensure statutory compliance and coordinate with auditors, consultants, and regulatory authorities
Monitor cash flow, working capital, and cost optimization strategies
Support fundraising, due diligence, and investor reporting (if required)
Implement and improve financial controls, systems, and processes
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for financial insights and decision-making
Key Requirements:
8–10 years of experience in finance, accounting, or related roles
Strong knowledge of Indian tax laws, GST, TDS, and regulatory compliance
Experience working in SaaS / technology / startup environment preferred
Professional qualification such as CA / MBA Finance preferred
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities
Proficiency in financial tools, Excel, and accounting software
