Responsibilities

Financial Mis-selling Litigation ExecutiveFull Time, PermanentMonday – Friday, 9-5£25,000 - £40,000Bootle, LiverpoolWe are currently recruiting for our client who is a well-established law firm to join their ever-growing team due to continued business growth. They are seeking a proactive and experienced Litigation Executive / Solicitor to join their Financial Mis-selling team based within their expanding Bootle Office.Responsibilities to include:
• Responsible for managing case load within the PCP / Financial Mis-selling Department
• Assess prospects and prepare letters of claim and advise on the evidence with the clients
• Prepare claim documents and proceedings
• Deal with case as they proceed via the court process
• Ensure compliance with court deadlines and directions
• Liaise with Counsel, experts and any other third parties in an efficient and professional manner
• Achievement of agreed financial targets
• Conduct a wide range of litigation matters.

What we need from you:
• Experience of litigation and dealing with Financial Mis-selling Claims (retrain opportunities are available)
• At least 2 years experience as a qualified solicitor or legal executive.
• Confident using Microsoft office and Proclaim.
• Attention to detail
• Strong organisational skills
