FINANCIAL OUTSOURCING SPECIALIST
Profile Briefing: Hiring talented candidate for Financial Outsourcing Specialist position to undertake all financial responsibilities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for raise & issue sales invoices to Clients promptly & accurately.
Precise Information:
• Title: Financial Outsourcing Specialist
• No. of Vacancies: 1
• Location: Ahmedabad
• Salary & Compensation: Up-to 50 K
• Shift: UK |Monday to Friday | 1:30 PM to 10:30 PM
• Working days:5
• Desired Experience Range: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
Essential Responsibilities:
• Control & Maintenance of Debtors
• Raise & issue Sales Invoices to Clients promptly & accurately.
• Receive Payments and allocate on Sales Ledger
• Control & maintenance of Creditors Ledgers
• Post invoices Promptly & accurately
• Prepare Month end payment runs.
• Verify Suppliers Statements
• Deal with supplier Queries re: payment as they arise.
• Post Bank Transactions & Reconcile Bank Accounts on a weekly basis.
• Process Payroll
• Post Recurring General Ledger Transactions
Desired Skills:
• Strong understanding of Accounting Fundamentals in particular Double-Entry.
• Experience with an established Accountancy software e.g., Xero, Sage, QuickBooks etc.
• Ability to work in a multi-company environment and liase with other team members within the group structure.
• Ability to work in a time-efficient manner.
• Ability to work on own initiative.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office in particular Microsoft Excel
• Wide ranging experience in practice and/or industry would be advantageous.
• Suitably Qualified
