Job Description

As an FP&A professional, you will be responsible for various key activities to support the financial planning and decision-making processes of the company. Your role will involve the following key responsibilities:

- Lead the annual budgeting process, long-term strategic planning, and AOP cycles to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Collaborate with business leaders to drive planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities.
- Conduct detailed analysis of performance compared to AOP, forecasts, and prior years to identify trends and variances.
- Prepare performance reports, rolling forecasts, and executive commentaries to provide valuable insights to stakeholders.
- Offer scenario analysis and actionable recommendations to support leadership decisions.
- Develop and automate reporting processes using BI tools such as Power BI and Tableau.
- Create financial models for profitability analysis, investment evaluation, and forecasting purposes.
- Support audits by providing reconciliations, explaining variances, and ensuring timely data availability.

In addition to the above responsibilities, you are expected to possess the following qualifications and skills:

Qualification Required:
- Strong financial acumen with a deep understanding of FP&A fundamentals and cost drivers.
- Analytical thinking capabilities to draw insights and propose actionable recommendations.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and ERP systems; knowledge of SQL is a plus.
- Demonstrated accuracy, timeliness, and effective communication skills when collaborating with finance and non-finance teams.
