Retail Business Finance - FP&A
Hiring for a Leading Private Sector Bank
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Financial planning & budgeting for Retail Loans i.e. Home Loan & LAP, Auto & TW, Gold Loan, Commercial Vehicle/Equipment, Healthcare Finance etc.
- Variation analysis with tracking of business KPIs, Budget v/s Actual on portfolio & incremental business (Disbursement, Yield, Fee income etc) & Cross-sell-(CASA/Insurance etc) items.
- Preparation of Retail Asset P&L account at business/product levels with close tracking for any income leakages or anomalies in line with estimates.
- Providing analytical perspective and insights on ways to improve revenues & optimization on costs with analysis of Revenue & OPEX items.
- Yield & ratio analysis for Retail Asset Products viz. HL/LAP, AL/TW, GL, CE/CV etc.
- Understanding business requirements & making appropriate changes in MIS & tracking reports in collaboration with product & CAD teams.
- Measuring sales staff productivity v/s goal...
