Sales Professional: Cross-Selling Financial Products
We are seeking an experienced Sales Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for cross-selling various financial products to bank customers, building strong relationships, and acquiring new clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Generate leads from assigned banks.
• Cross-sell financial products to bank customers.
• Acquire new customers by utilizing the bank's database, foot traffic, and generated prospects.
• Maintain regular communication with customers, ensuring their needs are met.
• Collaborate with other Relationship Managers and sales teams to enhance knowledge sharing and support.
The successful candidate will possess a strong track record of sales experience, preferably in the BFSI sector, and be a graduate with excellent communication skills. A good understanding of insurance or related fields is essential.
Requirements:
• A minimum of 1 year of sales experience in any insurance channel.
• Experience in insurance or BFSI is mandatory.
• Must be a graduate with a good academic record.
• A stable employment history is preferred.
• Additional qualifications in sales verticals like banking, retail, and telecom are advantageous.
