- Work closely with internal teams to ensure compliance and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience in Credit Card Debt Settlement (US market).
- Proven ability to handle high-ticket debts ($10k+) and sensitive client financial data.
- Prior experience in an international voice process is required.
- Strong understanding of industry terms such as buffer, hardship programs, and debt structuring.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a fast-paced team environment.
- High level of empathy and professionalism when dealing with clients in financial distress.
