Echelon Group is working exclusively with Christchurch City Holdings Limited (CCHL) to appoint a Senior Financial Reporting Specialist. This newly created opportunity will provide critical support in respect to financial reporting, compliance, controls, treasury, and finance operations.
Job Description
Assist with subsidiary reporting and consolidations of quarterly and annual reports
Contribute to CCHL's budget and forecast process
Oversee day-to-day finance operations, including reviewing processes and transactions
Ensure compliance with statutory company administration, financial, and taxation requirements
Lead CCHL's treasury management and provide support to subsidiaries
Key Responsibilities
Manage the preparation of financial statements, budgets, and forecasts
Develop and maintain relationships with subsidiaries and other stakeholders
Liaise with the Head of Finance and other senior leaders to ensure alignment with strategic objectives
Provide technical guidance and support to finance teams across the organization
Collaborate with external auditors to ensure smooth audit processes
Requirements
CA qualification or similar professional certification
Experience in a senior financial reporting role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Able to work independently with minimal supervision
