We are seeking an accomplished Investment Banking professional to lead our Client Coverage Team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in client relations, deal origination, and mandate execution.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead client coverage, deal origination, and mandate execution
• Build and nurture relationships with corporates (Promoters/Directors/C-level executives) and investors/lenders
• Drive business development initiatives to secure new mandates
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Minimum 15 years of overall professional experience
• At least 10 years in Investment Banking or similar roles in Banks, Financial Institutions, or Fund Houses
• Proven experience in client coordination and investor relations
• Prior experience managing a project team/vertical or leading a similar function
• Hands-on experience in managing the complete deal life cycle, including execution
Education:
• MBA, CFA, CA, or MFA from a reputed institute
Industry Exposure:
• Mandatory experience in Investment Banking or Investment Advisory
This role offers exposure to a diverse range of deals, including structured finance, project finance, M&A, equity fundraising, and capital markets transactions, covering the entire deal life cycle for both Indian and international mandates.
The position is designed to develop skills for independent deal execution while fostering strong relationships with corporates and investors/lenders.
The successful candidate will have a proactive, self-starter attitude and be highly proficient in English, local dialect, and culture.

As a seasoned professional in the financial sector, you will play a pivotal role in providing IT services to our Global Markets Operations team. As part of our GM IT Operations Squad, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality support, change requests, and projects that meet the needs of our global operations.
The successful candidate will have excellent analytical skills, with the ability to engage with business stakeholders and conduct thorough analysis to develop requirements. You will also be responsible for reviewing technical and functional designs, building and testing solutions, and ensuring proper closure of initiatives.
Key responsibilities include:
• Analysis and documentation of user requirements and translation into functional specifications
• Liaising with Global Markets Operation teams, IT teams, and vendors to ensure seamless communication and project delivery
• Participating in discussions with business stakeholders, understanding their needs, and transforming them into actionable project initiatives
• Defining systems and data requirements, validating system design and processes from both functional and technical aspects
• Developing and refining business/functional/testing requirements in support of projects and systems, working closely with vendors as needed
• Configuring solutions according to requirements
• Acting as a subject matter expert for Murex suite of tools used within Operations (Functional & Technical) and ensuring all functionality is installed and leveraged to its best capability
• Creation of test plans, test cases, and execution of system testing
• Contribution to User Training activities through one-to-one discussions, preparation of user training guides, and presentations
• Following up with vendor support as necessary to resolve bugs/issues
• Ensuring technical and functional handover of projects and changes to relevant teams
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
• Total 7-+ years of working experience
• Minimum 5 years of experience as Murex Operations with SME of technical knowledge of back-office workflow (contracts, events, deliverables, exchange), MXML development, and configuration hands-on experience
• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in a Bank (Banking project) or IT Company
• Experience in implementing and supporting Murex v3.1 with regards to back-office capabilities
• Excellent knowledge of Capital Markets products and processes, front to back
• Strong understanding of financial markets, trading, and banking solutions
• Good exposure to Operations processes in Murex (MxML Exchange, post-trade workflow, pre-trade workflow)
• Good understanding of Swift messages configuration
• Excellent knowledge about Murex datamart module
• Back office functional knowledge encompassing most or all of the following asset classes: Credit Derivatives, Interest Rate Derivatives, Equity Derivatives, Fixed Income, FX Cash, FX Derivatives, Commodities, Structured Derivatives
• Strong knowledge of Global Markets products and practices, front-to-end: pricing, limit checks, booking, risk management, accounting generation, settlements, and confirmation generation
