Key Responsibilities
Support client education around investment, insurance and financial concepts
Assist with client follow-ups and documentation
Participate in training related to financial services and licensing
Communicate professionally with clients and team members
Maintain records in line with compliance standards
Compensation Structure
This role offers performance-based income, which may include:
Commission / active income
Renewal income (trails)
Personal activity and performance bonuses
Quarterly / builder bonuses
Leadership overrides
Long-term ownership-based income.
Commission-based compensation. No base salary.
Licensing & Requirements
Willingness to obtain or maintain a government license.
Coachable, professional, and self-motivated
Comfortable with client-facing work
Legally authorised to work in Canada.
