Job description
Job Profile:
The Financial Services Compliance Manager will be responsible for managing compliance aspects of financial services and ensuring that all regulatory requirements are met.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage Compliance aspects of Financial Services
• Ensure timely completion of regulatory submissions and filings
• Review and implement new circulars released by regulators
• Manage Initial Public issues, Buy backs, Valuations, and Right issues
• Ensure Merchant banking transactions are executed in accordance with regulatory guidelines
• Manage relationships with regulators and respond to regulatory inspection observations
• Assist in various compliance matters and review documents
• Provide training to employees on compliance related topics
Requirements:
• Expertise in liaison work with SEBI/Exchanges
• Excellent communication and solution orientation skills
• Positive attitude and decision making ability
