Our Operations & Industry Solutions team is looking for a Financial Services Senior Consultant/Manager to join our Tāmaki-makau-rau/Auckland office!

What will your typical day look like?

Reporting to Directors and Partners who will support your development and provide guidance and direction, you will be working directly with client executives across a wide range of exciting organisations to drive operational excellence and deliver transformational change.

As well as guiding your team on the day to day delivery of value enhanced outcomes, you will also be responsible for defining and managing scope and providing our clients with the insights they need in the areas of process and cost optimisation, procurement, digital operations, asset management and programme delivery.

The broad nature of our client base means that you will have the opportunity to gain exposure to a range of industries and to continue to learn every day, developing your core capabilities.

Enough about us, let’s talk about you. You are someone with:

6+ years demonstrated experience, ideally from professional services or financial services organisations.
Transformation and process re-engineering experience.
Strong quantitative and analysis skills, able to uncover the heart of problems, identify root causes and offer clear solutions.
The ability to translate strategy into operational delivery.
Proven experience in building client relationships and identifying commercial opportunities.
Ability to communicate, present and contextualise complex ideas concisely and accurately while adjusting style and tone to suit your audience.
Strong interpersonal skills, able to gain the trust and confidence of those you collaborate with.
Experience and/or curiosity in digital technology.
Experience and passion for developing, coaching and mentoring team members.
