We currently have an entry-level Financial Services Traineeship available at our Collingwood office within our Contact Centre Team. Our traineeships are full time for 12 months and provide a great opportunity for individuals who have limited work experience and have not undertaken study since finishing school.

Bank Australia offers a high-quality traineeship program in a supportive environment. Trainees will experience working in a professional and successful banking organisation dedicated to responsible banking while undertaking a Certificate III in Financial Services.

What you will be doing

Develop and refine your customer service skills (interpersonal, verbal and written)
Improve your administration, time management and problem-solving skills
Gain a good working knowledge and understanding of banking practices, policies and processes
Build a solid foundational understanding of the banking sector
Learn new systems and banking processes
Be part of and experience a professional work environment
Complete the Financial Services Reform Act (FSRA Tier 2) certification, enabling you to establish client relationships and analyse needs, negotiate client solutions, general and personal advice on general insurance
Complete the Certificate III in Financial Services.

A salary will be paid in accordance with the Banking, Finance and Insurance Award 2020.
