Financial Strategy & Investor Relations Hiring for a Leading Private Sector Bank Job Responsibilities : - Work with internal groups including Financial Management, Regulatory Reporting, Risk, Secretarial and Compliance, Business Finance and other Business Units to prepare and review quarterly results, investor presentation, press release, FAQs and responses. - Create and/or update presentations and materials including presentations to the Board /Committees / Management committees. - Assist in organization, preparation and production of materials for Annual General Meeting / Annual Report. - Competitor benchmarking into peer banks' financial performance and shareholding patterns including risks, emerging trends, products, digital capabilities etc. - Tracking shareholding movement - Any other work related with financial management, strategy, governance, sustainability, etc. - Regularly communicate with Brokerage Analysts and Investors about the financial results and set up a formal feedback loop.
