Job description
Senior Finance Professional
This role is based in GIFT City, India and reports to the Finance Manager and Head of Finance in the Head Office based in Singapore.
Key Responsibilities:
• Timely and accurate financial and regulatory reporting for the India branch as per International Financial Services Centers Authority (IFSCA) directives.
• Active collaboration with management and internal/external stakeholders such as auditors and regulatory authorities.
• Manage continuous improvement initiatives for financial and regulatory reports including retention of supporting documentation and remediation where necessary.
• Ad-hoc assignments and projects.
Requirements:
• ACCA, CA, CPA or relevant professional qualifications.
• 5-7 years' experience in an insurer preferably in reinsurance industry.
• Sound technical competencies in IFRS and insurance accounting principles.
• Strong knowledge and experience in reporting under IFSCA or Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority. Regulatory reporting experience in a (re)insurance company in India would be advantageous.
• Proficient in MS Excel.
• Working proficiency in English.
• Experience working with General Ledger systems is desirable.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision, attention to detail and good team player.

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Revenue Accounting Specialist to join our IT team. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting and optimizing revenue accounting processes.

Key Responsibilities:
• Participate in revenue systems support, including troubleshooting application and process issues.
• Assist with the monthly pre-close and close activities, ensuring accurate and timely revenue reporting.
• Support and document revenue report tie-outs, system upgrades, and ongoing patches.
• Conduct use case and regression testing for system enhancements and customizations.
• Design and document business requirements (BRD), support user acceptance testing (UAT), and engage with end users to resolve incidents.
• Contribute to projects related to business area integrations, BI, RPA, SSP analysis, and revenue disclosures.
Required Skills and Qualifications
• Graduate degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Chartered Accountant (CA) qualifications are highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, revenue recognition (ASC-606), and core finance functions.
• Hands-on experience with Zuora RevPro and upstream ERP systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Exceptional analytical skills and high attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and demonstrate a strong drive for learning and professional growth.
