What will you be doing:
Lead and manage engagement teams, ensuring high-quality deliverables and client satisfaction
Cultivate and manage business development opportunities, building strong client relationships
Mentor and support team members, fostering a collaborative and fulfilling work environment
Contribute to building KPMG's Finance Transformation offering, staying abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies
What you need:
Strong understanding of Banking industry trends and regulations
Experience in Finance process improvement and automation (e.g., financial reporting, transactional processing, financial planning & analysis)
Familiarity with finance transformation technologies (e.g., ERP systems, data analytics tools, cloud platforms)
Proven project management skills, delivering results on time and within budget
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Leadership and team management skills, fostering a collaborative work environment
Desirable skills:
Accountancy qualification with strong post qualification experience
Client delivery experience in Finance Strategy & Vision, Finance Data & Systems, Regulatory driven change, or Finance Change delivery
