JOB TITLE
- Deputy Manager
DEPARTMENT

REPORTING TO
- Senior Manager - Finance, Consumer Bank
JOB PURPOSE
- Financial Reporting and MIS
MAJOR ACTIVITIES
- Work on allocated activities like preparation of MIS reports, Monthly Schedules, Reconciliation, Transfer Pricing Calculation, Entries for provisions etc including ensuring the data accuracy.
- Engage with stakeholders like BIU, product and other units including handling of their queries.
- Ensure timely circulation of Financial reports to Management
- Assist the team in analysis of financials, through adhoc requests on trends on key drivers and resourcefulness in sourcing the data from various systems / stakeholders, etc
- Compliance to internal & external guidelines at all times, in addition to strengthening of Process documents from time to time
- Liaising with Auditors for timely completion of Audits.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
- Graduate / Post
- Graduate in Commerce
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE
- Upto 3-4 years of experience in Financial / MIS reporting / Accounting support function. Ex perience in Financial Services Industry will be an advantage.
PERSONAL CHARACTERISTICS & BEHAVIOURS
- Sound oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and with voluminous data
- Eye for detail and a quick learner
- Hands-on with Microsoft Excel skills
