Flavor Enhancement: Season food appropriately during cooking to enhance flavours, meeting the expectations of our discerning clientele.
Quality Control: Inspect foodstuffs to ensure they meet quality standards, guaranteeing a superior dining experience.
Cooking Equipment Operation: Use, configure, and regulate stoves, ovens, grills, and other cooking equipment temperatures for proper cooking.
Food Presentation: Portion food, arrange it on plates, and add sauces, gravies, and garnishes for presentation that delights the senses.
Food Safety and Storage: Store food in temperature-controlled environments to maintain freshness and food safety, adhering to strict guidelines.
Dietary Needs: Prepare food that meets special dietary needs and requirements, catering to diverse tastes and preferences.
Mentorship: Assist chefs in planning menus and estimating food quantities, if required, and train junior cooks, kitchen hands, and apprentice cooks to improve kitchen operations and skills.
