Banquet Service Coordinator
The Banquet Service Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the delivery of exceptional service to guests in a fast-paced banquet environment. This includes working closely with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service.
Main Responsibilities:
• Coordinate the delivery of exceptional service to guests
• Work closely with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service
• Participate in daily briefings and meetings to discuss service standards and guest feedback
• Maintain a clean and organized working area
• Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and loyalty
Requirements:
• Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in hospitality or a luxury service environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Able to multitask and remain calm under pressure
