Job Responsibilities:
• Operate and oversee the processing of finished products, ensuring quality and efficiency.
• Load extrusions into advanced processing equipment, including saws, punch presses, and rolling machines, to maintain seamless production.
• Develop expertise in identifying tooling by size and type, ensuring proper storage and usage.
• Understand and interpret the numbers stenciled on tooling to maintain accuracy in production.
• Enter essential data into the computer system, ensuring real-time tracking of production progress.
• Inspect and identify defects on die bearings, applying effective repair techniques to maintain equipment functionality.
• Review section prints and inspect extrusions, ensuring all products meet precise specifications and quality standards.
Education and Experience Requirements:
• Strong proficiency in reading and using a tape measure to ensure precise measurements.
• Advanced mathematical, written, and verbal communication skills to excel in technical aspects of the role.
