Job Description: As a FinOps Architect at Accenture, you will play a pivotal role in optimising financial management within our cloud operations. The ideal candidate will have 6-+ years of hands-on experience in cloud cost management, financial governance, and an in-depth understanding of cloud technologies. Join us in driving efficiency and innovation in financial operations within a cloud environment. Key Responsibilities: Design and implement FinOps frameworks to optimize cloud costs, ensuring efficiency and scalability.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align cloud usage with business objectives and budgetary constraints.Analyze and report on cloud spending patterns, providing recommendations for cost-saving opportunities.Develop and implement financial governance models for cloud resources.Stay updated on cloud industry trends and best practices, incorporating them into our FinOps strategies.Work closely with clients to understand their financial goals and tailor FinOps solutions accordingly.Provide training and guidance to internal teams on FinOps principles and practices.Key Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Finance, or related field.Proven experience (6-+ years) in cloud financial management, with a focus on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.Strong understanding of cloud services, pricing models, and usage patterns.Expertise in implementing and optimizing FinOps practices for cloud environments.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills related to cloud cost management.Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.Certification in cloud platforms (AWS Certified FinOps Professional, Microsoft Certified: Azure FinOps Engineer, etc.) is a plus.Experience in financial modeling and budgeting for cloud projects.Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
