Job Title: AVP India Business Finance

Location: Mumbai
Role Description
Role is for a Business Finance Specialist, providing oversight of the current control framework and assist with completion of reporting and regulatory requirements to support FIC APAC, GFFX, FIC Financing, Credit Trading, Listed Derivative, and Treasury in DB India legal entities. This is a regulator facing role.
The onshore role includes
Oversight locally on the numbers, sign off IFRS submissions, SOX sign off for India entities, etc.
Review and sign off of local GAAP valuation, risk and PnL, local financial disclosure and submissions.
Business interface, ad hoc requests from business / regulators require local face off. The local regulator expects this face off to be onshore.
There is also regular and intensive requirements from the TAX department for data of S&M TP, revenue and cost TP. The Tax authorities expect this face off to be onshore.
There is a large NPA pipeline in FIC APAC, which will also require expertise and implementation of new requirements by the regulators.
Ad hoc requests on a large scale by the regulators in recent years; in addition to replying on queries with the derecognition of CCIl as QCCP. There are also new queries by the regulators which have started on IFSC Gift City
