HIRING FOR LEGAL & FINTECH COMPLAINCE MANAGER - (EXP 5 YEARS )
Must be able to handle legal and NPCI compliance work smoothly-
we are launching our Fintech app and we are a 8 years old startup, recently got TPAP approval from NPCI. we are hiring for legal and compliance manager who must have 7 years of exp into the same field.
1) Assessing the compliance / regulatory risks faced by the business and to ensure that the Company appropriately manages those risks.
2. Disseminating regulations to business and support functions and providing ongoing advisory Pricing and overall PnL Management; Strategic thinking; Stakeholder Management; understands platform dynamics and can work with support teams to drive targets; services to ensure that the Company operates in accordance with all regulatory and legal requirements.
3. Review and regular update of policies and procedures in view of new regulations including compliance manuals.
4. Managing all Correspondence with the RBI by acting as a principal interface between the Company and RBI (eg. To manage the relationship with the regulator, coordinate when any regulatory approvals are needed, Coordinating efforts related to regulatory audits and reviews)
5. Provide compliance opinions to the internal stakeholders on applicability of regulatory laws / guidelines in relation to activities of the Company (eg : customer communication in app, website or documents)
6. Overseeing and monitoring the implementation of the compliance framework.
7. Independently investigating and acting on matters related to compliance.
8. Preparing and presenting clear and concise compliance reports to the management and timely escalations to the Leadership team on incidents of breaches and suggest corrective actions
salary upto Rs 5 TO 7 lacs
