Bachelor's degree required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education
• At least 10 years of experience with Information Technology
• 6 years of working experience in Fircosoft product This is a Techno functional role and responsibilities would be
• Doing requirement Analysis
• Determine customization needs
• Identify high level processes/system changes
• Prepare Business Requirements Documentation and Functional Specification Documentation
• Prepare Knowledge Sharing artefacts’ and conduct user trainings
• This role involves addressing some of the pressing issues faced in the industry related to Compliance and AML. This includes area such as Hot list scanning, Screening processes, Wolfsberg principal, related AML regulations etc.
• You will also support knowledge transfer with the objective of providing value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.
• Involve in discussions with the Client’s Business team to validate requirements, user stories, any defects raised during UAT
