Alarm Contracts Supervisor
We're looking for a motivated Alarm Contracts Supervisor to lead from the front and help drive our fire protection excellence across the Christchurch region. ?What you'll do:
Lead and support our Alarm Technicians across minor works and contracts projects
Oversee job scheduling, resource coordination, and on-site supervision
Build trusted relationships with clients - updating them and ensuring top service delivery
Be hands-on when needed - from quoting and project oversight to attending defects and callouts
Ensure safety, compliance, and efficiency on all fronts
Coach and develop junior technicians to grow their skills
?What you'll bring:
Solid experience in fire alarm systems (installation, commissioning, or service)
Strong people skills - confident leading and mentoring others
Great time management and attention to detail
A proactive, can-do attitude and commitment to health & safety
A passion for delivering excellent service and building client trust
NZ compliance and standards knowledge (preferred)
