Job Description
Responsibilities:
· Install, program, and troubleshoot Fire Alarm, Access Control, and CCTV systems
· Maintain accurate documentation and as-builts
· Supervise and train technicians/apprentices
· Coordinate with Project Manager and General Contractors
· Ensure projects are completed on time and within scope
· Must have the ability to solve problems as they arise
· Aptitude to learn new technology and code as it changes
Systems we work with:
· Fire Alarm: Autocall, Fire-lite, Silent Knight
· CCTV: Digital Watchdog
· Access Control: Linear, Doorking, Butterfly, PDK
Requirements:
· A minimum of 5 years experience with Fire Alarms and Security
· Knowledge of NFPA 72, CBC, NFPA 70, and local fire codes
· Basic computer skills
· NICET Preferred
· Fire Life Safety card is preferred
· Must have a clean DMV record and pass a background check
